Music Therapy for the San Francisco Bay Area
Two Saturdays a month, experience camaraderie and wellness at Health Rhythms Drum Circles at Kaiser Permanente in Richmond, CA. Health Rhythms is a valuable wellness program based on research showing improved immune systems. Kaiser Permanente provides drums though you are welcome to bring your own. No past musical experience is required. This supportive community circle is open to Kaiser Members and Non-Members.
An endorsed Health Rhythms Facilitator through Remo, Inc., Kathy Quain has been enjoying hosting this circle for over two years.
Series Fee:
$20 Kaiser Members covers the 4 Class Series
$40 Non-Kaiser Members covers the 4 Class Series
